1. What are your hours of operation?

A. Mon-Thurs (9am-6pm) and Fri (9am-3pm) Mountain Time (US & Canada). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

2. Where are you located? Do you offer local pickup?

A. We do not offer local pickup. WE DO offer FREE delivery in the greater Calgary area.

4. Where are your products made?

A. All of our products are hand manufactured and made to order in Calgary, Alberta. This process may take a bit longer, but helps us ensure you receive a quality product every time.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Orders are typically delivered or shipped 5 days after they have been placed. Length of shipping time depends on the courier and location. Shipping typically takes between 2-10 days in Canada.

During peak busy seasons (Christmas, Back to School, etc...) delivery/Shipping times may increase due to customer order volume.

6. How is my order shipped?

A. We use Canada Post Parcel service to ship all of our deliveries not in the local area. Shipping rates and times are from Canada Post. We only charge what Canada post charges..
